  • Sameul Smith

    Owner / CFO

    Sam brings 15 years of experience as an accountant, along with 20 years of experience in real estate and construction. His financial and operational expertise ensures projects are managed efficiently, budgets remain on track, and decisions are made with accuracy and foresight

  • Zeke Persson

    President / COO

    Zeke brings over 19 years of experience in construction and real-estate investing. He holds a Class A General Contractor’s license. With a strong foundation built through years of hands-on work as a carpenter, he guides every project with a focus on construction quality, investment value, and long-term performance.

  • Joshua Limback

    Operations Director

    Joshua brings over 25 years of construction experience to his real estate career, giving him a unique advantage in understanding the structural integrity and potential of every property. Since 2015, he has been successfully helping clients buy and sell a wide range of real estate, including single-family homes, investment properties, and land. His expertise also extends to commercial real estate, where he specializes in serving clients on the east side of the metro.

    Administration

    Nichelle is integral to day-to-day project execution. She is Anchor Homes lead estimator and purchaser. In addition to estimating and procurement, she manages city licensing and permitting, ensuring projects progress seamlessly from planning to construction.

    Contect Specialist

    Erica leads our content creation, social media strategy, and digital marketing efforts. She is responsible for sharing the stories behind our homes, projects, and people while ensuring our brand is consistently represented across all platforms. Through creative storytelling, client engagement, and strategic content development, Erica helps showcase the experience and craftsmanship that define Anomaly Builders.

Anomaly Builders was founded on a simple belief: exceptional homes begin with exceptional people.

After decades spent leading projects, managing teams, solving complex construction challenges, and serving clients throughout the Kansas City region and beyond, Samuel Smith, Zeke Persson, Joshua Limback, and Scott Grant recognized something was missing from the custom home building experience.

Between them, they bring more than 50 years of combined construction management, leadership, development, and client service experience. Throughout their careers, they have overseen the construction of hundreds of homes and projects, earning numerous Gold and Silver Awards from the Kansas City Home Builders Association and establishing a reputation for quality, integrity, and results.

Yet despite the accolades, they saw an industry too often focused on buildings instead of people.

They believed luxury should be more than premium finishes and impressive architecture. At this level, quality craftsmanship should be expected. The true differentiator is the experience, the communication, the process, and the relationships built along the way.

That belief became the foundation of Anomaly Builders.
